a delicate walk

over soft petals festooned

with tender dew drops

lady in red sips her drink

while the yellow florets watch

  1. The picture is beautiful. The poem is sweet and perfect with the choice of words like ‘delicate’, ‘soft’ and ‘tender’. Lady in red. These days I too have been much into personification. Lady bugs are anyway referred to as ladies.
